Washington Group International, a leading engineering, construction and management company, transferred to the NYSE from Nasdaq on Mar. 27. Headquartered in Boise , Idaho , the company trades on the NYSE under the ticker symbol WNG.

On Mar. 28, the NYSE Arca Tech 100 ETF listed on NYSE Arca. Divisor Change for Dow Jones Industrial Average

As a result of the following action, the Dow Jones Industrial Average (DJIASM) will be calculated with a new divisor effective at the open of trade on trade date April 2, 2007.

The price adjustment of Altria Group Inc. (MO) due to a distribution of Kraft Foods Inc. (KFT) shares will be effective for the open of trade on trade date April 2, 2007.

As a result, the new divisor for the DJIA is: 0.123051408

Effective with the opening of trading on April 2, 2007, the number of significant digits used to calculate the Dow Jones Industrial Average will be increased to nine
